It was stored in an area that was exposed to the elements and mice. I did my best to clean the unit up. It is fully functional and has been tested. It comes with the mount and terminal screws. Transformers were tested for (1) hour to ensure timer functions and tested to ensure output is between 12V to 13V AC.
