Description: 1 gallon of Concrete Sealer X-3S manufactured by Stone Technologies Corp. Concrete Sealer X-3S is a solvent based non-flammable virtually odorless version of Concrete Sealer X-3. Concrete Sealer X-3S is a special blend of polysiloxanes/silanes which crosslink below the surface of the concrete making the concrete surface water stain repellent allowing spills be removed more easily. This sealer can either be applied alone or on top of Concrete Sealer X-1 or Concrete Sealer X-2 provide double protection of the concrete with both deep sealing a repellent finish. Concrete Sealer X-3S can be applied on all types of decorative stained concrete pavers, concrete aggregate driveways and concrete walkways, bricks, clay tiles, mortar, grout and any natural stones. It can be used on above grade plaster and stucco providing a breathable barrier against water, stains acids will seal hair line cracks. The sealer can also be used seal swimming pools and fish ponds to prevent water escaping through the concrete capillaries pores. It can also be used in dog kennels and agricultural institutions to provide stain resistance which assists in the maintenance of these enclosures. This concrete sealer leaves a natural finish (no sheen) after application the surface will not be slippery. Concrete Sealer X-3S is easy apply using a brush, medium nap roller or low pressure sprayer at any temperature between 40-80°F. The surface be treated does not need any special treatment but it must be water, oil dust free allow proper penetration of the sealer. Check the surface of your concrete before applying this sealer make sure it absorbs drops of water within 20-30 seconds, If it beads up then use Eco Concrete Etcher prior applying this sealer. Coverage rate is approximately 200 400 sf/gal/app depending on the concrete porosity two coats are recommended. Application time between coats is 2 4 hours allow cure for 24 48 hours without rain.
