Each cover has a special ISRAEL POST EUROVISION STAMP issued for the event affixed to the cover, and cancelled with a special ISRAEL OFFICIAL POST OFFCE CANCEL. These envelopes are EXTREMELY LIMITED in number, with some only a few of each. Once sold, they cannot be replaced. The winner of this event was the NETHERLANDS. A must for Eurovision fans and a superb memento of this event for YOUR COUNTRY.
