Although Matcha is known for its thickness, it produces a very light finish. In recent years, the tea has grown in popularity because of its high concentration of antioxidants. Brewing Information: Hot tea brewing method: Add a pinch of the powder directly to a cup of steaming water. Use a whisk to mix the powder with the water which allows the taste to soak in. Do this until the tea comes to a froth. Straining the tea is not needed, as it has beneficial qualities when ingested. Iced tea brewing method: We do not recommend consuming Matcha as iced tea.
