Description: Handmade Clay Mans Head/Face. This is very unusual; I have never seen another like it so I assume it is a rare/studio piece. I believe this is made from red clay that has been glazed or painted and sealed. Unsigned. The black portion on the side is not soot; it is part of the design. I am not sure if it has been ever used with a candle as I see no evidence of wax or soot. It looks really cool when lit. His hat does not fit on snug; it has play in it. He measures approx. 12.5"tall by 11"wide and is in great condition, If you are into oddities and quirky items for your garden or elsewhere, this guy should fit the bill.
