I'm not familar with the Jacobsen but I was told this is probably a 521 engine used on Turf King and Lawn King in the early 50's. Includes governor and carb linkage. The governor look to have been repaired at some point. One of the mounting ears for the shroud is cracked Any questions, just ask.
