The benefit of containing in a small pot will keep the plant more condensed and the smaller pot will assist with not having the roots sitting in to much moist soil. You will need to pot this tree and do not start by putting the plant in a pot larger than 6” to start. Jade grows better when compacted as for its roots. And the next size pot will be 8” then 19 10” … These plants are cutting from a 30 year plant and I have been tending r tree hem for two years so they are well established. Take caution with watering jade because if your not familar with them, Google and read up. They are perfect for those who forget to water the Plant and if you have a schedule each week of watering your plants, if so than skip the jade and water every other Week.
