Description: JAN & DEAN The Little Old Lady From Pasadena 1964 Vintage Vinyl LP Record LRP-3377 VG+. Vinyl record in very good plus condition with both sides of the record very clear. I have test played the record and it plays very well without any concerns. Jacket is in good plus condition, has shrink wrap on 7/8ths of the cover, with wear to top right and bottom right edges with about 2 inch long seam splits. Inlay is original and in fair condition with a full split on one side, a 2 inch split on the other side, and 3 inch split on the bottom. Please see photos for details.
