Description: I can't find and restore these things fast enough. Everyone loves them. It is a chisel that has been sharpened down to the last inch of its life. We use them for cleanup jobs where your bench chisel won't work. The back of the blade has lost it's divot but that doesn't matter at this point. It still works just fine. The back was lapped flat and the bevel was sharpened to 6000 grit. The butt hoop was removed, corrected, and properly reattached. The striking surface was properly peened over. The handle was stripped and given three coats of shellac. The keeper is included. It's not the best in the world but, I use them so the edge doesn't get dinged up in my tool box. There is nothing worse than picking up a chisel that you sent a LOT of time sharpening only to find a nick in it.
