Description: Shofuku Eto　Item:This lovely set of Japanese New Year zodiac figurines was made in Kyoto by Yakushigama and purchased at Daimaru Department store for the 1998 year of the tiger but could be displayed anytime - especially if you were born in the year of the tiger (see dates below). Details:The figures measure about 2” or 5cm long and about 1.5” or 4cm tall - one gold and one white.They are actually ceramics bells with a ball inside to make them ring when you pick them up.. Beautifully made and hand painted in Kyoto, Japan. Condition: Pre-owned: excellent condition with minor box wear - see photos. Tiger (tora) 1998, 1986, 1974, 1962, 1950, 1938, 1926, 1914.
