Description: The original company cover is in pretty good condition. The sides are good. The bottom has a small seam split where the record sits. Balance is good. A few small tears at open end. Shows some light discoloration and bends from age. Not to brittle at all. Pretty good over all condition. The album is in very good condition. Plays great without any skips or ticks. Also visually pretty good. Normal age wear shows. Then, the needle sometime in the past went into the center circle area and has scratched it.
