Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover is missing also it is missing the second page(which includes pages three and four of the PowerHouse pepper story and I believe add pages on the other half but has complete stories of Tessie the typist Snoopy and Dr Nutsy squat car squad doctor claptrap Mary anne star and tar Eustace hayseed and choo choo e-radicate de bugs rolly and Solly etc) it has foxing at the edges and other defects. I would call it around a0.5 pr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
