Cover shows significant wear, and may be loose or even detached at one staple. Cover reflectivity may be very low. Eye appeal is obviously reduced but comic is complete and readable! Defects may include any of the following; possible book-length creases, dimples, moderate soiling, staining, discoloration and foxing, blunted or rounded corners, a possible small piece missing from cover or edge, tape and other amateur repair may be present especially on Silver Age and older comics, minor to moderate staple tears and moderate stress lines may be present, minor to moderate interior page tears may be present, plus an approximate one-inch to one and half-inch spine split may be present. Staples may be rusted as well as rust migration may be present. Centerfold may be loose or detached at one staple. Paper can be brown but not brittle. Note: this comic is complete with no cut-outs or writing. Cover is attached and centerfold is tight. Some wear/soiling showing on front cover with a couple of light creases at bottom right corner. Staples show slight discoloration but no rust migration on inside pages. Blunted/abraded spine corners. Some light ink rubbing/soiling across back cover. Comic is generally flat. Cover gloss is low; inks show a major reduction in reflectivity. Pages are off-white. Shipping details: After nearly ten years of keeping shipping costs at the same rate, we have recently had to raise them due to another increase by the USPS. Comic ships in a comic bag with backing board securely and safely within a Gemini cardboard mailer for $5.95, which includes tracking number and insurance. Larger orders of comics/magazines will ship in a small box. Note: Larger orders may ship USPS Media mail, UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground, whichever is cheaper, since most larger orders would typically qualify for the free shipping method [paid by me]. [Note: with the rising costs to collector supplies not all comics will be boarded in larger orders but all will definitely be bagged]. [Additional Note: We will N-E-V-E-R ship your comics in junkie mailers or cheap flimsy boxes; i.e. a school pocket folder or cereal box! Your comics will arrive to you in the same condition that we sold them in. We do our best to always place them into new comic bags and boards or Mylar sleeves for the older more valuable comics. Since we have been using Gemini cardboard mailers we have never had any comics delivered damaged.] Shipping discount details: Each additional "buy-it-now" comic is included at no additional shipping charge.
