This copy has been hand-signed in person with black sharpie, nice big signature by Brad Meltzer at the Comics Pro event that was held for retailers earlier in 2024. It was signed on the second inside page on the top right. There is a rip in the side of the sleeve cover as seen in the photos but I removed sleeved (cover) and took picture of the book itself and it is not damaged and in great condition, there is some light wear on the dust jacket, mostly around the corners and edges.
