Description: Gorgeous, nicely painted brass, Santa Fe (ATSF) Alco S-4 switcher diesel. This engine is painted in the blue and yellow Santa Fe paint scheme. “Santa Fe” lettering, herald and the number “1514” are on the engine. · This Ready-To-Run engine appears to be LIKE NEW with maybe some very slight running time. · In looking the engine over closely, the only issue that I could find with the engine is that the engine number “1514” on the fireman’s side is missing a very small part of the “5”. · Made in Korea by Samhongsa Company. · Imported by Key Imports. · Nice detailing on this engine including horn, steps, railing and more. · Kadee type couplers have been installed on this engine. · This engine has lighted headlamp. · Bench tested, this engine appears to run both forward and back but could probably use some lubrication prior to using. Light for the headlight also works. · Two parts packages of small screws, springs and other parts are included. · Also included is original Key paperwork describing the Alco “S” model switching locomotives. · The original box with original foam is in excellent condition.
