Description: Key Imports Santa Fe 1000 Series 2-6-2 “Prairie” Locomotive w/ Tend - HO Brass. This is from my father’s collection. Selling to raise funds for his memorial service. This is an older model and was only run for testing. Otherwise it has been stored in the original box. It does run but might need a little TLC due to its age. This model is older and has a plow that is very close to the rail and sometimes touches and shorts the model. Additionally with its age it is not running freely and needs coaxed to move along…but once moving it goes (but stutters due to an abundance of arcing occurring from the tender wheels). It is in pristine condition considering its age, however. I will be listing more items over the next couple of weeks (locomotives and rolling stock). If there’s something you’re looking for, feel free to ask and I’ll see if I have it. Dad had an extensive collection. As much as I would love to keep all of it, some items must be sold to cover expenses. Please ask all questions prior to purchase as all sales are final.
