Description: This is a kit for converting a King Seiko (models SPB279/SPB279J1/SDKS001, SPB281/SPB281J1/SDKS003, SPB283/SPB283J1/SDKS005, SPB285/SPB285J1/SDKS007, SPB287/SPB287J1/SDKS009, or SPB291/SPB291J1/SDKS011) from a low-beat 6R31 movement to a high-beat Swiss Sellita SW200-1 movement. The SW200-1 movement has been modified to remove the date wheel and ghost position crown position for true no-date functionality as well as modified with a taller hand stack to work with the custom movement holder. NOTE: As the hand post diameters of the SW200-1 differ from those of the original 6R31, a new set of ETA-spec'd hands will be needed for the conversion. The movement is new, but I am listing this as seller refurbished because of the modifications made to it from stock and because I pre-install the holder and test-fit every single unit using a dummy dial into a genuine KS case to ensure you will have no issues with casing.
