They have a very elegant look — with real wood veneer and metal knobs and switches — and deliver classic Klipsch sound quality. Each boasts an 8" high-excursion woofer and a 1" tweeter in the company's signature Tractrix® horn. There's no need for a receiver; the active speaker has a built-in amplifier that delivers 240 watts of total power — 100 watts to each woofer, and 20 watts to each tweeter. A left/right switch on the back lets you choose the speaker configuration that works best for you.
