This results in more usable power and acceleration throughout the power band; quicker throttle response and amplified intake acoustics. K&N advertises 13 wheel horsepower peak gain. Independent testing found peak gains of 23 wheel horsepower and 33 wheel torque. Power is increased throughout the power band. The FIPK includes: dual chrome topped K&N high-flow air filters, ultra-lightweight carbon fiber heat shield box, aerodynamically engineered intake tubes, silicone vent hose and hardware.
