Description: Knitking/Brother KR-900 Standard Gauge Ribber Attachment Only Very well cared for Knitking/Brother KR-900 Ribber Attachment Same as KR-850 and compatible with most Brother Knitking Standard Gauge knitting machines. When I got this KR-900 it wasn't in terrible shape, just neglected for a few years as it's only owner had passed away. I stripped entire thing down to the bed. Inspected, soaked, oiled all needles before reinstalling them. I was able to restore all of the plastic bits that had serious discoloration throughout. I performed maintenance and lubed up all necessary moving parts and metal bed. I took apart and cleaned the carriage to ensure all buttons, slides and cams work as they should. I also restored the very discolored face of carriage before oiling and putting back carriage back together. I also inspected entire ribber bed as I carefylly put it back together and was able to successfully make a few swatches. This comes with everything that the original ribber came with including Plating feeder. One of the larger barrel weights was previously broken and had undergone surgery to repair it before I got it (See photo). It works just as it should, if not better. I have both cast on combs including the comb with bar and even the fine knit bar which are always misplaced/lost. There is only one spare needle along with transfer needle. You will be able to set up and knit right out of the box. I don't have any of the original packaging but it will be securely packaged before it leaves here.
