While it does come with the box it doesn't come with the original styrofoam that holds it in place in the box. It will come empty with the statue as pictured. Item Condition: Pre-owned. The statue has a slight forward lean but I believe that is by design and has no issues standing up. Please view all pictures as what you see is what you get. Any noticeable wear will be pictured.
