A control amplifier developed by inheriting the technology of KRS-Balanced which is a high-end machine of KRS (Kroell Reference Standard) series. While the KRS-Balanced is a monaural design, the KRS-2 uses a stereo design and is a reference model for the control amplifier in stereo design.In the KRS-2, the power supply is separated, and the power transformer is provided in a separate housing to eliminate interference between circuits.The circuit configuration is based on the high-end equipment. The buffer amplifier between each stage eliminates mutual interference between circuits, and a CR type equalizer that eliminates capacitors from the NF loop is used.The phono input has a built-in high-grade head amplifier to bring out the advantages of the MC cartridge and a 9-step impedance switching function.
