THIS IS NOT A BLUETOOTH CHIP. THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE KWIKSET APP. It comes inside an anti-static bag for protection. The chip has been tested and excluded via SmartThings. Follow your hub's instructions for inclusion into your network. As a general rule, exclude the lock again, add it to your hub, then reset your lock and program it again to ensure a smooth transition.
