Description: This seems like it will fit sizes S and M because it has a V neck that does not cover at all. If you don't mind having all of your chest exposed, then this will fit L and XL. Because all of your chest will be exposed, I feel like this will work for someone with a small chest, or you can wear a swimsuit under. This is a swim cover-up? The dresses from the internet photos are of a different dress. This dress does not have any hook and eyes. This dress will expose your entire body, but the fabric is very pretty. I wrestled with this dress trying to figure out ways so it doesn't expose so much, but i guess you are just supposed to feel naked when you have this on. This is not my favorite dress. It was making me upset, but the fabric is nice. I can't believe they make horrible stuff and sell it for hundreds of dollars. Maybe this brand is a good brand, and it is just this dress. You may have to wear a swimsuit under. This is why i think it will work for someone with a small chest and size S or M. Even if you criss cross the top, it seems uncomfortable to have it criss crossed. The shoulder to the bottom front at the shortest point is 42 inches, and the shoulder to the bottom side at the longest point is around 60 inches. This is final sale. Thanks! L
