Description: ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS Our enamel signs are made from iron and porcelain.They were baked in approximately 900°C/1650°FOur enamel signs were created in the same way as the original signs 100 years ago. Feel free to check out our other enamel signs, we have plenty of them. PACKAGING Firstly, we do an impregnation with a WD-40 oil. We will do it for you for free. We do it, because it will stop the future rust/corrosion process and it makes our enamel signs look even better. After that, all of our enamel signs are carefully packed into stretch folie, bubble wrap, recyclable carton and again into the stretch folie. If there are gaps in the package, we put inside some extra recyclable material, so the chance of damage for the enamel signs is zero. SHIPPING We ship from the Czech Republic. We always try to use the fastest/cheapest options for the shipping (usually Czech Post or DPD). If you are not in EU, it is your responsibility to deal with the customs duties. We also highly recommend you to inform the courier of the need to hand over the parcel "in your own hands only". We are not responsible for your future possible loss of the package, if you do not want to receive it this way. RETURNS If you do not like the product you have received, you can return it to us. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the package.Please pack the goods in a similiar/exact way like we did.You have to pay for the return shipping.
