Did Your Myovision Laptop die and you have no CD or did not buy the permanent validation unlock code when it was still available? I found out recently on their website that you no longer can buy an unlock code for the myovision 8000. Luckily you won't have a problem with that buying my laptop. Do you not have a laptop with the correct older ports to install your own Myovision 8000 software on? The Myovision 8000 software DOES NOT work properly on Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Linux. It may not work on any Macs either. If your newer laptop doesn't have the correct older ports you may not physically be able to connect your myovision to your laptop either. It's realistic to think that you or your helper might drop it at an event, or someones kid chases another kid thru the farmers market and knocks your laptop to the ground and now it's broken, or it blows the hard drive, or some other thing, making your Myovision unable to be used. For sale is a LAPTOP ONLY with installed and permanently validated Myovision 8000 software ready to use right out of the box. It is a nice looking, good working laptop. The laptop also has a good battery. This laptop can be used to hook up a Myovision 3000 or 4000 to also. Just plug your Myovision into the laptop and you're good to go. Please be clear that you are only buying the laptop, NOT THE CD and NOT THE MYOVISION. This is the most recent screen design for the Myovision 8000 that I am aware of. Older software versions show a much less cool screen display. Some of the ones you see on ebay can be early generation software and look quite primitive compared to this version. Many doc's have purchased these units for doing shows, farmers markets or other events to show potential patients problem areas, in a quick check of their neck and back, to bring them in to get help. (See, you knew something was up with your neck as you've been feeling this way on and off for a while now, and there it is on the screen....) I have used Myovision units regularly in my offices for exams, re exams, screenings, etc for close to 18 years. The Myovision 8000 software was designed to work on XP and earlier operating systems, on laptops with the proper port configuration to be able to plug your myovision into the laptop. Some sellers successfully install it on Vista or Windows 10 apparently, but since it wasn't designed for those operating system the readings, bar sizes, etc are likely to be corrupted and inaccurate. I wouldn't want to trust erroneous readings. I saw a Vista install with red and blue ovals on the sp's instead of bars! You can install your software on a laptop but if you do not have a code it is not validated. This installed software is validated. For those who are not knowledgeable in this stuff, if you have the software, when you install it in your own laptop it's only is good for 30 days, then it locks up. You can no longer buy this code from Myovision, and codes were different for different laptops so your old code will not work on the new laptop that you try to install it on. This laptop already has it installed, in good working order. Look at the last picture to see what happens on a non validated software after 30 days. I paid Myovision to validate it, and you can use this Myovision laptop right out of my box when you get it. This software works with the wired Myovision only. If you have a wireless model you must use that software instead of this one. As I said above, most doc's who buy a Myovision use it for events. This software also provides colorful print outs which are a great addition to your exams and re exams if you wish to use them during them. The colorful graph print out, with your office name, address and number on it as well as the patient's name, will give you a much more powerful report of findings that they can take home with them to show others who might wish to be checked by you. I have regularly used the Myovision as part of my exams for years. Sometimes doc's have heard of Myovisions and thought about getting one but haven't, due to not knowing how to use one once they get it. Videos are included provided by Myovision on how to use it, how to set it up for use (what plugs into where), how to stick your office info on it, how to calibrate it, etc, and even a powerpoint that you can leave on for patients to watch in it's repeating loop at the event or in your office. As I said, this laptop with Myovision software installed is ready to use right out of the box. Pull it out, click the icon on the desktop and watch the video on how to hook everything up in the proper spots and proper order. Watch the video on how to use it. In about a half hour, assuming that you already have a Myovision 8000 to hook up to this laptop, you are practicing how to use it on your friend or patient. After you have paid for it and received it in the mail I will be happy to talk to you on the phone once or twice or by email if you have any questions about how to use it. You'll probably have all questions answered on the videos. This is a rare buy! You won't find it anywhere but here. Don't blink and miss it!
