Description: This GORGEOUS cotton 30's grandmother's flower garden quilt is all hand pieced and hand quilted, with hexagon pieces measuring 3/4" per side and unusual concentric configuration.It measures 82" X 84" and is in excellent, never washed condition, with the occasional small, inconspicuous spot and no wear. The quilt feels strong and sturdy overall. There is quilting around the piecework throughout at 6-7 stitches to the inch. The back is a creamy white, the hand stitched binding is solid green, and the batting is thin. The quilt came out of Sacramento, California. This WELL EXECUTED vintage CLASSIC in GREAT CONDITION has everything going for it!
