Description: This is an impressive jade camel sculpture believed to have been originally purchased, but not currently available, from the "China Furniture Online" store in Westmont, Illinois. As indicated on an expired page of their website (Google "oriental jade camel), it is a hand carved figure made of naturally formed jade. The camel measures approximately 12" wide by 9-1/4" high by 3-1/4" in depth. The sculpture is in very good condition, quite heavy (over 13 pounds), and cool to the touch as would be expected of a jade figure. There are no maker's identifying markings.
