Description: This vibrant cotton 1940's/1950's baskets quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted, with a solid red background and solid blue gating.It measures 78" X 80" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, inconspicuous spots and no wear. There is hand quilting around the piecework throughout at 5-6 stitches to the inch. The back and hand stitched, rolled binding are a red cotton flannel fabric, and the batting is thin.
