Description: This is lovely Le Creuset chef's oven belonged to my mother. It is in Lapis--a really gorgeous blue. Although the tags are not on it, I cannot see that it was ever used (it is still in the box). Still, I can't know for certain, which is why I have listed it as used. Very useful 7.5 qt. capacity, and the sloping sides make stirring more efficient. It is ideal for making sauces, stocks, soups, mac and cheese/casseroles, stir fries, even frying. I have one of these pans, and it is the one I reach for more often than not--it's an absolute workhorse.
