The booklet does not come with the map but it is good condition otherwise, outside of the cover having been traced on by the original owner (see pictures). The game cart is the 3 screw variant and is also in good condition, with some mild wear / scuffs from over the years. Also included is an OEM Nintendo cart sleeve.
