At 5,471 pieces, this was a super fun (and sturdy) build with a lot of hidden surprises and very cool features. I built this set and then went backwards through all three build books and meticulously took it apart to put the pieces in bags that correspond to each of the 40 steps. If you can't find a piece, then you'll find it in the bag marked "extras" that contain the leftover pieces typical in a set like this one. The one callout is that I did apply the handful of decals which you will see while you're enjoying building this huge (almost three feet tall) set! The set comes in the original box with all three build books and all ten minifigs as well. It was built and stored in a child-free, pet-free, smoke-free home.
