Description: You get a wonderful looking 9cm f/4 Elmar. Leica Code ELANG-CHROM. Catalog number 11730 from my personal collection. I am downsizing so do not miss this chance. This was a very uncommon version made just a short time with a chromium plated brass mount from about 1946 to 1950. It uses the A36 filter size. The original caps are included. Serial number 646203. Made in Germany in 1947. No dings, dents or brassing. The focus and diaphragm work smoothly. No oil on the blades. The lens head and barrel have matching numbers. There is no fungus, obvious haze or separation. The focus is marked in meters. There are surface cleaning scratches on the front element. They are not too serious, but upon inspection you can easily see them. The lens will produce an excellent image. Therefore, I an selling it in AS IS condition. Free USA shipping.
