The piece is used but in terrific condition with 2 small flaws: one of the hitching posts is missing in the front and the tip of the roof gable is missing. See photos. It appears that the dog in front and a hitching post has been re-glued from coming loose. It’s a beautifully detailed piece that is a great addition to a village. It comes with all the original packaging (box and styrofoam sleeve with band) and a working light cord. From a smoke free home. It will be securely wrapped and packaged for safe shipping.
