They do not detect any USB devices. I am not sure what the issue is. The laptop also has a USB-C port and that port is working properly. You can use an inexpensive USB-C hub to add USB-A ports to the laptop. The other ports on the laptop are working properly. Screen Pressure Mark: There is a small pressure mark on the screen on the center left side.
