Description: This is a nice copy of the 1968 album "Songs To Cherish" from country and bluegrass legends Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs. Harmony HS 11265 and Stereo. Purchased new by my grandparents when it came out and in family possession since. I have listen tested this LP, as I do every piece of vinyl I offer, and I try to be conservative, but using Goldmine standards I will rate the vinyl as VG. This record frustrates me a little. I've been around vinyl for 50 years, and visually this record ought to play better than it does. If you have a deep cleaning technique or a secret sauce you use on records you just might get a VG+ here. I'll put the cardboard jacket as VG+. It's still got the shrink wrap from new, great color and very minor corner rounding. Interior paper sleeve is badly torn and split down the length of one side. In my family for decades, and now ready to join your collection for your listening pleasure! The photos are of the very LP you are bidding on, not a "similar" item.
