A Bryston classic. ...This power amplifier was made for Lexicon/JB, especially to include the strict THX Standard certification.....also known and marketed in Canada as the Bryston 5B. The regular Bryston 5B is not THX certified. Originally $2400.00. The Lexicon 312 Power Amplifier was made by Bryston is the same as their Bryston 5B (see specifications on Lexicon website). There are three channels each rated at 120 watts @ 8 Ohms and 200 watts @ 4 Ohms. Each channel has both RCA and balanced connections with a switches to determine which input you wish to use. In the studio, you can use two channels for Main Left and Main Right signals. Massive heat sinks. No fan noise!! The third channel can power a passive subwoofer or mono channel- room mix, or a center channel mix. I will soon be selling some of my Tannoy, Altec, and Urei studio speakers and the Bryston 14B-SST.
