Description: Lionel C&O #225 from 1960. Here's the problem with this, it runs great in reverse and sluggish in forward and the rollers and motor both overheat after 2 minutes of running. I replaced the rollers; motor brushes cleaned everything and still overheats. I'm done trying to figure out why it overheats, and I did cut the wires as shown in the picture so I could remove the front truck completely and never hooked them back up and leave it for the next person to figure out. It did have a broken front bar below the coupler and CA glued it back together and a new air horn. This is the way I bought this locomotive a few months ago as shown and it did the same exact thing when I bought it. I just don't have the resources to troubleshoot this locomotive. I do not ship International. I only ship to the lower 48 states.
