Description: 4-6-0+0-6-4 or 2-C+C-2 diecast GG1 electric loco is early production, made late 1940’s. It is original dark Brunswick green, has front and rear keystone decals, all other graphics and stripes have worn-off. Finish has some dirt and dull areas, some edge wear, some corner scuffs. It ran and reversed when bench tested, headlights worked. Sold as is, no operation warranty due to age. It has original squawk-box type horn that worked a bit erratic, when tested. It works off of your whistle button, no battery is required. One coil coupler opened when tested, the other does not stay closed. Includes original pantographs with white rubber insulators, light corrosion/tarnish on pantographs. It shows its age, has not been abused, an impressive early postwar loco. All Items, including N.O.S. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles. Operational ability and characteristics or completeness of vintage motors, mechanisms, wiring, bulbs etc are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee coupler operation.
