The box is in poor condition, but the train car appears to be in fairly good shape, although I have no knowledge of grading train cars. There is a bit of banner loose on one side of the car, but it could be remedied with glue. I believe this was manufactured in 1976. I have taken many pics at multiple angles to show condition. I can't attest to whether or not the interior still lights up. I simply have not tested it. The car looks nice, but please see all photos of the car and box before purchasing. Thank you for looking!
