The mechanical spring tension is intact, adjustable knob screws open & close easily, the length of each curved "arm" is 3-1/4" and the overall piece measures approx. 3-3/4" long. They measure out to approx. 3" when fully open. When packed securely for shipping, it weighs 5 ounces. Please pay close attention to photos for best description of condition, thank you.
