Description: This listing is for a lot of 6 vintage blue and white Liberty Blue salad or luncheon plates. A limited edition, these plates were created by the Wedgwood company for the Benjamin Franklin Federal Savings & Loan Bank during the years 1975 and 1976, in Celebration of the USA’s Bicentennial. These plates are ironstone with a glossy finish, and were made in Staffordshire, England, based on copper engravings of historic colonial scenes. These plates measures approximately 8.75” inches in diameter, and depict George Washington at Valley Forge. These plates are in good to very good preowned vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks, and there is no crazing on 5 of the 6 plates. (Please see last photo.) Please see all photos as they are part of the description, and feel free to contact me with any specific questions. Thank you for looking at my auction.
