The insoles are perfect! There is very light trace of dirt or 'wear' (like they were tried on), but no scrapes/scratches from wear on pavement (check my photos of the soles). These are very high quality black leather on the top and have some light creasing of the soft, supple leather from a try on. This pair of 'loafer/slip ons' are perfect for skirts, jeans, slacks or career/work...as they will go with numerous outfits all year long. The chunky plastic 'chain' over the toe is fun, playful and elegant at the same time. Item Condition:Appear to be NWOB (check my photos). Very light wear from a try on on the insoles but no wear on heel (see photos). No stains on the insoles, no 'obvious' wear on the soles or heels. A tiny discoloration of one of the chain links in my photo (on the edge and very hard to see). Size/Measurements:8m or 38.5 EU Most items are sent USPS Priority Mail for the weight and quickness of shipments. Items that don’t fit inside USPS Priority or First Class are also sent UPS.
