Description: LOVELY antique/vintage Italian designer 10 Kt. rose gold and hand-carved cameo shell pendant with vintage gold-filled chain. This listing features a very pretty antique teardrop shaped Italian hand-carved cameo pendant that is 1 5/8” long by 9/16” wide, that hangs on a nice vintage gold-filled 17” chain. This cameo features a lovely lady in profile with a floral or leaf element above in an elongated teardrop shape, bezel set in a particularly nice, bright rose gold setting with beautiful floral engraving all around the frame. It is stamped “10 Kt.” on the back of the bail and has been professionally tested as 10 Kt. gold. It hangs on a pretty 17” long rose gold-filled rolo chain with a spring ring clasp that is stamped “1/20th 12 Kt. G.F.”. Both the cameo pendant and the chain are in very good antique and vintage condition with no damage other than, perhaps, minor age appropriate surface wear.
