Description: This substantial mud room bench-locker combo started life as a pile of rough-sawn barn wood found on an old farm in Georgia. Standing six feet tall by six feet long by 3 feet wide, made of gorgeous rough sawn oak, industrial iron pipe rods for hanging coats, with water-proof metal laminate in the finger-jointed drawers making them perfect for wet or muddy boots. Featuring a ledge on top for electronics, bags, etc., and a bench seat, this beautifully handmade rustic locker is the perfect addition to any mudroom, foyer, or garage entry. We care about the environment, our health, and our customers' health so we use only no formaldehyde added solid woods and plywoods, water-based stains and paints, and water-based varnishes. All of our products are handmade in America, by American workers, using high-quality American sourced hardwoods, hardware, and finish products. We do not use particleboard, MDF, lacquer paints or varnishes, or any other materials that will introduce poisons into the air of our shop or in your house. When you purchase a piece of custom furniture from us, you will not be introducing any chemicals into your home environment. All of the waste our shop produces is compostable, in fact, all the sawdust and shavings feed the vegetables and flowers in our garden. We do not introduce any harsh solvents or chemicals into the soil, water, or air when creating our wonderful, custom designed hand-made joinery. Of course, just like everything else we offer if you love the style but you need a custom size or a different finish we are happy to accommodate you! The locker can be made of ash, American beech, cedar, cherry, cypress, hickory, hard maple (stain grade), soft maple (painted), mahogany, red oak, white oak, knotty pine, yellow pine, poplar, or walnut. Custom orders take 4-5 weeks to fulfill. Item can be picked up for no charge, you will need a pickup truck or delivery style van. We deliver to the Lake Oconee community for a charge of $150. We can deliver to the north to Athens, west to Atlanta, east to Augusta, south to Macon for a charge of $250. Outside of this range, we will ship via Old Dominion LTL Freight, which requires a loading dock to receive. This item cannot be shipped to a residential address. Freight costs can be up to $450 depending on your location.
