Description: LUTZE 716410 LOCC-BOX-NET-7-6410 Overload Current Control 24 VDC 10A (TESTED) Each overload has been cleaned and tested according to the following procedure: 1. A current setting of 3A with a fast acting #1 trip curve was set for each overload. 2. Each overload was powered and placed in a non-tripped state (photo 4 - solid green LED) 3. A load of approx. 4.5A was placed on the output to create a modest overload condition. 4. Overload tripping in approx. 3 seconds was confirmed (photo 5 - flashing red LED) 5. The overload was then reset via the Control Input (terminal #2). 6. Status (terminal #3) was metered throughout the testing to ensure it tracked with the overload output.
