Everything else in the picture is just for display. With a beautiful linseed oil finish, this m1 carbine stock is perfect for your m1 carbine that has a worn out cracked or damaged stock. These will either be black walnut or Birch with a matching handguard with all metal included and ready to mount onto your rifle. This stock will at minimum have its armorers p stamp and may also come with other marking from its original manufacturer. Most of these were used in world war 2. There will be no major repairs done to these stocks and some may have some minor little dents and dark spots that remain from battle and use that could not be removed from the steaming process. These are coated with 12 coats of linseed oil and whe whole process takes a month to complete. These are freshly finished but keep in mind these are battle used and special care is taken to keep the patena and scars from battle. The manufacturer is listed as Winchester because i have to list one. but each stock may be made from different manufacturers. Will not hand select specific manufacturers. As it would be dificult for me to dig through each stock and remove the metal to search for specific markings.
