Description: Selling as-is for parts or repair. This laptop works but has a number of flaws: Most obvious is the screen. There is a large white band and other artifacts on the right quarter of the screen. The issue is with the display itself as an external monitor does not have the artifacts. The case has various scratchesThe case has sticker residue on it. The screen is missing the anti-reflective coating (it started failing and the rest of it was removed with a baking soda scrub)The battery is a non-OEM battery. It has a low cycle count but for a $50 Amazon battery I am not optimistic how long it will hold up. I have not been using the laptop on battery so I can't provide any estimates on battery life. It's missing one of the rubber feetI think the keyboard does not have any obviously dead keys but I have been using it with an external keyboard so I can't guarantee there are no subtle, intermittent issues. I did not test the function keys. Thunderbolt and USB ports work. I have not used the HDMI, SD card, or headphone ports. Laptop has been wiped and has whatever the latest version of MacOS supported by the hardware. Sold AS-IS--review the pictures carefully. The only thing I will guarantee is that it will power on and work with an external monitor. Includes a magsafe 1 power adapter with a magsafe 2 adapter. Will ship via ground carrier.
