Description: A terrific copy of the third Mad released in its magazine format -- and there's a tiny picture of Alfred E. Neuman at the top of the cover, a first for MAD! Although I'm not a professional grader, I would give this a grade of Fine/Very Fine (7.0). Please SEE THE PICTURES. The magazine has intact staples and pages throughout. There is light wear and creasing to the front cover with some very light scuffing and very light finger bends. There is a tiny crease in the bottom right corner. There are stress lines to the spine with a few small areas of cracking/tearing, but the spine is otherwise solid. There is a very small tear at the bottom of the spine. The pages are in nice shape with slight signs of aging and some creasing here and there. The back cover has light wear and creasing. All in all, this is a cool copy of a classic Mad Magazine from its very early days and a must for your collection!
