It has NTSC and PAL capabilities. I’ve been using this device on my SEGA CDX console for years (SEGA CDX is NOT included in this sale/auction) without any problems. The device uses dip switches to allow the player to select their compatibility need. Simply flip the switch for the cartridge that you’re using, insert it into the console’s cartridge slot, insert the game cartridge into the top of the top of the converter, and power on the console. I’ve tested this on my CDX this week, and it worked without any issues. Condition: Excellent overall condition for a device that’s around 30 years old!
